I just started up my boiler last night to get it ready for this season. I pulled out the three tin burners and blew them out and put them back in. I started the pilot light and let it warm up. When I turned the thermostat on the boiler came on, but the two outside burners had flames fairly close to the boiler (3-4") and the middle burner flame was only up an inch.
Is this normal?
Each burner has a brass feed nut, can these get plugged?
What should be my maintenance be for the boiler?
I also seem to have to replace the thermocouple every year after the boiler runs for a month, is this typical?
