The boiler is completely cool. It hasn't been run in months. I think the plumber added water to it, it has a manual fill valve. There is only one sight glass.

What is the part that actually holds the water called? Is that called the boiler? That is the part that needs to be replaced or fixed. The controls and shutoff valves seem like they should be functional. A few of the burners are rusted, but I'd think they could be replaced w/o much problem.
