How do I find if my steam boiler has enough juice to extend the system? It is an old US Raditor CORP SUN RAY MODEL. It currently has 4 radiators - 2 off each leg to heat an area of about 1200 sq feet. I would like to add enough heat for an additional 1200 - 1500 square feet. The boiler has the following ratings:
min input btu/hr = 45000
max input btu/hr = 300000
