The parts are sold by a local plumbing/heating supplier that carries the brand. The job is not difficult for a patient person that uses an instant camera to photograph and label the disassembly piece-by-piece and labels the pitcures in order to replace the parts. The risk is that an inexperienced person can make a serious mistake that can be fatal and destructive to the home. The homeowner has less risk than a contractor because he can't sue himself after making a serious mistake.
