You can do it with a recirc line. There is a drawing and text at http://www.heatinghelp.com/newsletter.cfm?Id=29 A bronze circulator is recommended sometimes for the condensate's pH. Those and the "toesters" aren't cheap. By the time you add it all up (wiring, piping, fittings etc), I would first look hard at changing to a short steam radiator built into/under a cabinet or work/eat table, maybe a wall hung bathroom type. The radiator valve could be rotated and piping added to go the other way and/or further.
