Two thermostat wires sometimes connect to terminals marked T and T. Even if they are not marked that way, it is possible to place a jumper across the terminals that the thermostat wires go to after removing one of the wires. If the circulator and burner start, then the thermostat or the wires to it are bad. If nothing starts then the control relay is bad.
