I don't have time to do the calculations, but you can find either the "Handbook Of Mechanical Engineering Calculations" or the "Standard Handbook Of Engineering Calculations", both by Hicks, they take you through an example set of calculations. (Each book has the exact same info & example.)
One note on sizing accumlators that isn't covered very well in the example is the duration that they need to deliver steam. If it's for one 5 minute period per hour (for example), divide the required water content by 12. This caused me some confusion but fortunately no money (or embarassment), as I found someone to explain it before I went too far down the path. The required vessel turned out to be the size of a car, instead of a bus.
